企业物流战略类型选择的实证研究

文章对物流功能为基础的操作层战略内容进行调查,通过因子分析,提出了与企业竞争战略相匹配的物流战略类型的重新分类:基于成本的物流战略、基于顾客的物流战略、反应式物流战略及无物流战略。在对物流绩效调查的基础上,通过多元回归分析和差异性分析,得出企业物流战略类型对物流绩效有显著影响。

The Empirical Research of the Enterprise Logistics Strategy Types Choose

This paper carried on the investigation about operation level strategy's content, proposed the logistics strategy based on the cost, the logistics strategy based on customer, response equation logistics strategy and no strategy. Based on the investigation of logistics performance, the paper concluded enterprise logistics strategy types have remarkable influence on logistics performance. Finally, the paper discussed the application significance of the research conclusion to the enterprise logistics management.
