| 摘 要： | 北京奥运会选定昆仑玉作为奖牌镶玉,为青海昆仑玉产业发展带来了重大的历史契机。目前,该产业发展迅速,但由于昆仑玉产业发展缺乏制度创新,影响了昆仑玉产业发展水平。昆仑玉产业发展制度创新对策：（1）加强昆仑玉产业发展的政策体系建设;（2）加强昆仑玉产业发展的规划;（3）建立综合决策机制与协调管理机制;（4）加大昆仑玉资源勘查勘探力度,合理发展昆仑玉产业。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the measures required for improving the development of Kunlun jade industry, these include: enhancing the construction of policy system and making a plan for Kunlun jade industrial development; establishing a comprehensive decision-making mechanism and mechanism for coordination and management; greater efforts must be exerted to exploration of Kunlun jade resources, and thus reaching the goal of rational development of the Kunlun jade industry. |
