| 摘 要： | 我国西部地区占国土总面积的71.2%,农业水资源的利用方式粗放而效益低下,形成对农业未来可持续发展的严重制约。对此,我们以水资源利用学、农业生态学、环境保护学和持续发展学为依据,分析西部地区在建设小康社会中农业用水存在的主要问题,根据西部的实际情况,提出了相应的对策。

Analysis of Scientific Water Consumption Plan for Agriculture in China's Western Regions |

| Abstract: | Western regions occupy 71.2% of China's overall areas. The problem of extensive and low-efficiency consumption in agricultural water resources has fundamentally hampered the sustainable agricultural development. To solve this problem, following the principle of water consumption, ecological agriculture, environmental protection, and sustainable development, this article thoroughly analyzes the major problems in water consumption in western regions in building an affluent society, and then, considering the actual conditions, proposes countermeasures for these problems. |
