摘    要:日本跨国零售企业在中国的快速发展,为中国本土零售企业的发展带来机遇和挑战,本土零售企业可以通过扩大规模和寻找新的业态竞争方式进行竞争,也应考虑在意合的基础上实现多赢与共同发展。

Abstract:Nowadays with the quick development among the Japan's multinational retailing companies in China,it could bring chances and challenges to Chinese retailing companies.The domestic retailing enterprises can compete with them through enlarging the scale and seeking the new competition method and realize the multi-win and common development based on the negotiation.
