| 摘 要： | 农业循环经济是一种新型的农业发展模式,是实施我国农业可持续发展战略的重要途径.西部地区在社会主义新农村建设中,大力发展农业循环经济,对西部地区新农村建设具有十分重要的意义.本文分析了西部地区发展农业循环经济的意义以及西部地区农业发展面临的问题,提出西部地区发展农业循环经济的建议和对策.

| Abstract: | Agricultural circular economy is a new mode of agricultural economic development,it becomes the important ways to implement sustainable development in our country.Building a new socialist countryside in Western areas,developing circular agricultural economy plays the important role.The paper analyses the meaning of developing circular agricultural economy and the problems on agricultural development in Western areas,puts forward development measure oriented to agricultural circular economy. |
