| Abstract: | The crime by taking advantage of duty is the social phenomenon that is associated with the national public activity.Establishing and perfecting Chinese prevention system against the crime by taking advantage of duty is closely related to the nation's stability and people's safety.This paper analyzes the existed problems and on this basis puts forward the countermeasures on how to improve it. |
