| 摘 要： | 从供应链敏捷性、密切性、客户导向性、管理水平及核心企业竞争力五个维度,构建了供应链竞争力评价指标体系。借助模糊综合评判方法,评价、比较单条和多条供应链的竞争力状况,最后编写Matlab运算程序,对单条和多条供应链竞争力模糊综合评判方法进行实例应用。

| Abstract: | This paper has built an index system to evaluate the competitiveness for the whole supply chain. It divided the key indexes into five dimensions: celerity ability, tightness level, management level, consumer-oriented ability, and core enterprise's competitiveness. The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has been used to evaluate a supply chain's competitiveness and to compare several supply chains' competitiveness. Finally, it provides a case, which uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the supply chain's competitiveness. The calculations have been accomplished through Matlab programme. |
