| 摘 要： | 我国宪法的权力关系框架，无论是通过明确权力渊源，还是通过界定权力范围，其核心基础只在于更好地贯彻全心全意为人民服务。社会主义公权制度伦理的价值诉求既具有制度伦理价值诉求的共有属性，同时也具有区别于其他制度伦理价值诉求的特殊性，它主要包括公正价值诉求、导引价值诉求、规范价值诉求、自由价值诉求。

| Abstract: | However by making clear power origin or defining power scope,the core foundation of constitutional power relationship framework in our country only consists in carrying out the awareness of serving the people wholeheartedly.The value pursuit of socialistic public rights system ethic has the common property with system ethic,as well as has particularity differed from other system ethic,mainly includes justness value pursuit,guidance value pursuit,norm value pursuit,freedom value pursuit. |
