| Abstract: | After individual enterprises merges state-owned enterprises, the differences in employment model of the two kinds of en- terprises require integration. Using the ways of selecting, adopting and learning, we should decrease family effect in employment con- cept and system and realize the transfer from classical family employment model to modern employment model. |
