| 摘 要： | 立足长三角创新发展这一主线，以收益递增和不完全竞争、官产学研紧密结合、产业关联为理论基础，提炼出都市圈、高新区和产业链这三者作为考量长三角创新发展的决定因素，并通过OLS法分析这三个因素的相互关联及其对长三角创新发展的相关作用，最后根据实证结论引申出相关区域政策取向。
