| 摘 要： | 网络环境对技术创新和技术创新组织产生了重要影响,使创新的组织边界模糊化、组织结构扁平化、用户的参与度增加、组织学习和知识共享的重要性增加.网络环境下未来的技术创新组织发展趋势将进一步趋于无边界化、虚拟化和网络化.对思科公司的案例进行了分析.

| Abstract: | Internet has a great impact on innovation and innovation organization,it blur the boundary of innovation firms, simplify the organization structure,increase the importance of organizational learning and knowledge share. In the future, organizations under network environment would be further boundless and virtualization. Cisco company as a successful network organization was analyzed here. |
