On How to Keep Talents for Travel Agency |

Abstract: | The greatest challenge Chinese travel agencies face after the entry into the WTO is how to keep the excellent staff. The paper explores three strategies (eg. environment strategy, salary strategy and staff development strategy) in order to benefit travel agencies in the process of increasing their core competitiveness. |
