首都经济新增长点的选择与培育

首都经济发展进入新阶段，北京市委、市政府提出了建设“人文北京、科技北京、绿色北京”的首都发展新方向。遵循市场导向、高成长性、产业关联等原则，综合考虑全球产业发展趋势以及北京资源特点、城市功能定位和当前经济发展所处险段等因素，初步提出将互联网信息服务、研发设计、软件外包、数字新媒体、咨询服务、清洁技术等产业作为首都经济新增长点。未来，北京要通过加强政府扶持与引导，积极推动科技创新，促进产业集群化发展等一系列措施，加快首都经济新增长点培育与发展。

The Selection and Cultivation of The New Growth Point of Capital Economy

The capital has entered a new stage of economic development. The Beijing Municipal Government has proposed the new direction of capital development -- ＂Humanity Beijing, Science ＆ Tech- nology Beijing, and Green Beijing＂. The internet information services, R＆D design, software outsourcing, digital new media, consulting services, clean technology industry have been initially regarded as the new growth points of capital economy following the principle of market-oriented, high-growth as well as industry relevance, considering the factors of the development trend of global industry and characteristics of Beijing resources, urban functions as well as its current stage of economic development. In the future, Beijing well speed up nurturing and developing the new growth point of capital economy through a series of measures of strengthening government support and guidance, actively pushing scientific and technological innovation, promoting industrial cluster development.
