| 摘 要： | 国有企业是国民经济的支柱，国有大型企业集团的发展引领着整个国民经济的发展趋势，然而，目前我国国有企业集团还存在诸多问题，其原因是企业集团治理不够完善，如股权关系不合理、组织结构不科学、母子公司管控机制不健全、政府与企业之间的关系没有理顺，本文就以上四个方面对国有企业集团的治理问题进行分析和探讨。

| Abstract: | State-owned enterprises form the pillar of national economy, they guide the direction of the whole development of national economy, currently there exist many issues for them to solve such as irrational stockownership relation, a non - scientific organic structure and imperfection of control system. The paper analyzes the issues and puts forward suggestions. |
