| Abstract: | Under internet based economy the following changes will occur to enterprise organization:the structrue of enterprise organization will become flat,the scales of enterprises tend to go extremes in opposite direction,the boundary of enterprise tend to become obscure and virtual.The design of positions in the enterprise organization will tend to be team oriented. |
