| Abstract: | The rapid development of mobile network has brought new opportunities and challenges to the retail enterprises in Zhejiang. This paper stands in the view of mobile network, analyses the management environment and business model elements of Zhejiang retail enterprises on the impact of mobile network. And focus on the most important elements of business model such as value, profit model and operation system, puts forward the innovation approach and strategies of business model in order to help realizing the sustainable development of Zhejiang retail enterprises. |
