The Research on The Impact of Patent System on Strategic Emerging Industries in Jiangsu Province

To pursue high efficiency in present word＇s economy system, it＇s an irreversible trend to develop technology-intensive industries. That＇s the background of strategic emerging industries＇ emergence. As the key factor of technology-intense industries, patent system undoubtedly is the core of the development of strategic emerging industries. A well-established and effective patent system becomes the strong protection of strategic e- merging industries. This paper will take research in the impact of patent system on strategic emerging industries, to prove whether patent system has an impact on strategic emerging industries, and provide the direction of impact as well as the strength of the impact through empirical analysis. And based on the research result, the author proposes effective measures and proposals to stimulate the development of strategic emerging industries by im- proving patent system.
