| 摘 要： | 我国商业银行开展的个人理财服务，在网络化建设、创新能力和市场开拓等方面都存在明显不足。文章分析了我国商业银行个人理财业务的发展现状，并通过介绍外资银行在个人理财业务发展方面的典型成功经验，为我国商业银行提供有益的启示和借鉴，在此基础上提出了一些探讨性的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | There are still many limitations in commercial banks in China, for instance, networking, innovation ability and market development, etc. This paper analyzes the status of personal financial businesses in China, and then introduces some new development trends of foreign commercial banks in individual financial affairs, so as to offer some beneficial reference on China's commercial banks, and also brings forward some countermeasures and advices. |
