论中国家族企业外部治理机制的优化

家族企业是中国经济发展中的一股重要力量。但从中国家族企业目前的外部发展环境来看,外部治理机制还没有真正有效发挥作用。产品市场、资本市场和经理人市场都还没有发育健全,政府行为及法律法规在某种程度上缺失,这些都制约了中国家族企业治理机制的构建与完善,因此构建与完善中国家族企业外部治理机制非常重要。

Optimizing of External Governance Mechanism of Family Enterprise

The family enterprise is an important strength in economy development of our country.However,looking from the exterior development environment of family enterprise at present in China,we find that exterior government mechanism does not display the true effective function.The produce market,the capital market and the manager market are not perfect,the government behavior and the legal laws and regulations are the flaw in some kind of degree,which restrict the constructing and consummation of governance mechanism of family enterprises.So,it is importance very much to construct and consummate the governance mechanism of Chinese family enterprises.
