| 摘 要： | 零售行业在中国经济中占据越来越重要的地位.然而随着加入WTO后的过渡期的结束,激烈的竞争在所难免.信息技术特别像B2B电子商务技术能够有效改善零售业物流链的运转,增强企业的竞争力.本文描述了信息技术在零售业物流链中的主要应用.同时探讨了可能影响企业各种信息技术的采用及采用结果的关键影响因素.

Information technology could improve the logistics management and enhance the core competitive ability of retail company. IT application in logistics of retail industry is studied as well as key factors that affect the IT adoption. |
