Abstract: | While there is widespread agreement that tripartite industrial tribunals are the most appropriate way of handling individual rights at work, the case for extending the system to embrace collective labour law is much more controversial and complex. Nevertheless, despite the problems and risks involved, the author favours moves in this direction. |
