当代中国管理学主要流派研究范式和方法评析

目前中国管理学研究逐渐形成了全盘西化派、洋为中用派、中国式管理学派等三大流派。但中国管理学研究存在诸多问题,如今缺乏对中国本土化管理的研究和解读;在管理实战中隐藏着经济人、机械人的简单假设;研究目标远离“人本主义”命题;研究内容重工具轻视本质规律、重流程分析轻视哲学总结;研究方法不恰当、研究结论缺少实用价值。采用回归儒家人伦文化母体,引入《易经》的全息方法论,重视人性、人与人、人与事、人与物之间关系的研究,这是中国管理学未来发展的方向。

Research Paradigm and Methodology of Chinese Management Schools

With the development of Chinese management researches,three major schools come out including wholly western-oriented,local adapted and Chinese style management.The paper presents a critical review on these research schools from three aspects:the response of industrial practice,the theoretical paradigm and methodology.The future academic research of Chinese management should follow such orientations as returning to Confucianism ethics,introducing Yi-jing holography methodology,focusing on the relationship of person and person,person and matter,person and thing.
