| 摘 要： | 目前,现代企业成本管理主要采用四种方法:作业量成本管理法、经营流程再造法、目标成本法、生命周期法,每种技术方法独立运用都能达到降低成本的目的,可以实现成本节约,有助于提高企业的经济效益。
