| 摘 要： | 本文对衡量企业知识状态属性的测度指标进行分析。通过对五个属性测度相关文献研究和理论分析，提出了衡量知识存量、知识结构、知识分布、知识水平、知识流动五个属性的测度指标，在此基础上，通过专家问卷和统计分析，对测度指标进行了修改，最终确立了衡量企业知识状态属性的测度指标，为企业知识状态定量研究奠定基础。
