| 摘 要： | 用党的理论新成果指导思想政治教育创新,已经成为思想政治教育的优良传统,高校的思想政治教育,要自觉地以科学发展观为指导。文章就科学发展观对高校思想政治教育提出的新要求进行了阐述,对如何完善和创新高职院校思想政治教育的理念、目标、内容、方法、途径、保障机制,构建具有时代特点和高职特色的思想政治教育体系进行了思考。
