西部山区发展绿色循环农业的探讨——以四川秦巴山区为例

当前,西部山区农业基础设施投入尚待增加,农村教育、卫生、文化体育、人口和计划生育、社会保障等多个方面和领域的发展适应不了经济的发展,农民的生活质量有待提高,发展现代农业遭到各种社会和自然客观条件的限制。基于此,加快现代农业建设,大力发展绿色循环农业,走特色发展道路,是一条好出路。以四川秦巴山区为例,在分析秦巴山区农业发展面临的现状的基础上,提出以绿色低碳循环发展为导向,紧扣秦巴山区开发扶贫国家战略机遇,积极探索具有中国特色的山区农业发展策略。

The Green Circulation Development of Agriculture in Western China：A Case of Study of Qinba Mountain in Sichuan Province

At present ,the agricultural infrastructure is weak in the western mountainous areas .The development of social undertakings lags behind in the countryside . The farmers’ income and standard of living is low . Developing modern agriculture face constraints such as Capital ,technology ,labor quality and natural conditions so on .In this case ,celebrate the Construction of Modern Agriculture ,develop the green circular agriculture , development Characteristic road is a good idea .Qinba Mountains in Sichuan as an example ,On the basis of analyzing the Qinba Mountains which is facing the present situation of the agricultural development ,under the direction of developing green low carbon cycle is put forward .Stick to development of qinba Mountains poverty alleviation national strategic opportunities Actively ,explore with Chinese characteristics of mountain agricultural development strategy .
