| 摘 要： | 大学英语课程正面临深层次的改革,大学英语教师素质的提高是课程改革成功的最重要因素之一。本文从三个层面讨论了如何提高大英教师素质的方法,即:教师的角色转变,教师创新能力培养以及反思性教学对大学英语教师专业发展的意义。

| Abstract: | College English teaching is facing a deep-level reform. The improvement of college English teachers' qualities plays an important role in this course reform. This paper discusses the ways to improve college English teachers' qualities from the following three aspects: transformation of teachers' roles, cultivation of teachers' creativities and the significance of teaching reflection to the professional development of college English teachers. |
