管理学视角下铁人精神价值研究

本文从马克思主义管理观点解读铁人精神的管理属性,从铁人精神的理论性特征、铁人精神与生产力的联系以及铁人精神的人文特征等方面分析铁人精神与管理的自然属性;铁人精神同时具有管理的社会属性,是用科学的手段安排组织社会活动的典范。从赫茨伯格的双因素理论角度研究了铁人精神的管理价值;从科学管理理论视角解读铁人精神管理价值,从而得出铁人精神在管理实践中具有积极意义及管理价值。

Research on Tieren Spirit Value from the Perspective of Management

In the course of emergence and development of Tieren spirit, it shows positive significance in manage-ment and reveals the basis of management behavior and existing. The article demonstrates Tieren spirit＆#39;s manage-ment attribute from the prospective of Marxism view on management, analysis the spirit and management＆#39;s nature attribute from its theoretical characteristics, the relationship between the spirit and productivity and its humanistic characteristics. Tieren spirit has the function of manage society, which is the model of using scientific method ar-ranges and organizes social activities. Study on Tieren spirit management value from the two factor theory of Herzberg, and analyzes the management of value from the perspective of scientific management theory, we can draw the conclusion that Tieren spirit has positive significance and management value in practice of management.
