The Application of Working Hours Management in the Aircraft Maintenance Process

This paper describes the role and application methods of working hours management in the process of aircraft maintenance.Aircraft maintenance,as the serious,complex,planned industry,the introduction of work hours management is inevitable.Work hours management is divided into four parts：work categories,statistics,data processing,feedback of results,and permeates in all aspects of the aircraft maintenance production organization.The implementation of work hours management brought cost savings of the industry,improved utilization of human resources,improved the maintenance programs and had a positive effect on the quality of service.
