| 摘 要： | 产业集群对于企业及区域经济发展具有明显的促进作用，但是由于产业集群发展面临的风险以及全球化发展的需要，产业集群升级研究和实践具有迫切性。产业集群升级的形式主要有过程升级、产品升级、功能升级、链的升级和部门间升级五种形式，主要通过内部加强网络合作和外部嵌入全球价值链的途径获得升级，通过企业层面、集群层面和国家政府层面的努力来促进我国地方产业集群的升级。
