国有商业银行股权结构设置探析

Study on the structure establishment of stockholder's rights in the state-owned commercial bank

Establishing the stockholder's rights structure of the state-owned commercial bank has become the first duty of the bank reform. The paper believes that establishing"the golden stock" is a reality choice without doubting, which is widely applied in Europe and Asia's state-owned enterprises' reform process. It may cause the government to macro-control the state-owned commercial bank, but not to participate in the bank to control the daily decision-making and the management, it realizes to separate government admi- nistration from enterprise management. Moreover, it may expand the strategic investor's decision-making influence, stimulate the strategic investor's investment interest well.
