| 摘 要： | 在企业能力体系中,最关键的是企业的核心能力,企业应该分辨清楚哪些是自己的核心能力。企业在选择自己的物流战略时,应该分析自身的物流能力,看看物流能力是否是企业核心能力,如果属于核心能力,就应该大力发展,如果不属于,就应该放弃。

| Abstract: | In the enterprise competence system,the core competence is the most critical. Enterprises should clearly distinguish what is their core competence. Choosing their own logistics strategy,Enterprises should analyze their logistics capacity,and judge if the logistics competence is the enterprises' core competence,if it is,they should vigorously develop;if not,they should give up. |
