跨铁路50mT梁架设关键技术研究

摘    要:文章针对跨铁路线50mT梁架设中面临的梁体易失稳、施工空间受限等难题,结合广东黄岐互通式立交桥施工实践,介绍了采用具良好经济效益的无前牵引鼻梁和无后平衡压重短导梁架桥机的新颖架梁方法,详细讨论了T梁运输、架设操作步骤、施工设备、临时支墩设置及双片横移等关键技术,对复杂施工条件下同类型桥梁构件的安装施工具有参考价值。

Abstract:As to the difficulties of easy unstablility and restricted construction space in erecting T-section beams with 50 m long over railway, in this paper a novel and having good economic effect approach to erect beams by short leading-beam erection machine without former driving beam and posterior balanced surcharge is introduced combining with the engineering practice in Huan-qi Interchange Grade Crossing, and the key techniques such as beam transportation, procedures of erecting beams, construction equipment, arrangement of temporary pier and lateral movement of double-beam in erection are discussed in detail. This presentation is useful in reference for erecting the similar bridges under complicated construction condition.
