| 摘 要： | 借鉴马克思的货币流通量公式，讨论了股票二级市场的货币流通次数，认为它就是换手率，从而得出股票二级市场交易所需货币量的计算方法，即股票二级市场交易所需货币量等于成交金额除以换手率。以沪、深两市股票交易现实数据对此计算方法进行的实证分析表明，按照这一计算方法可以对二级市场货币流量运动的具体情况做出相应判断，从而为证券投资决策以及宏观经济调控提供参考。

| Abstract: | Inspired by Marx＇money circulation formula, this article discusses the frequency of money circulation in stock＇s secondary market and concludes the quantity of money needed in stock＇s secondary market equals business volume dividing turnover rate. On the basis of positive analysis of trading data from listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen it is said through this way of calculation the flows of money in secondary market can be judged to offer guidance for security investment policy and maeroeeonomic regulation and control. |
