摘    要:针对目前我国城镇给水厂自用水率高、水资源浪费严重的问题,开展了节水策略研究,提出通过减少无效排泥和无效反冲洗两个途径节约水厂生产自用水量,并在L水厂进行了示范研究.优化措施实施后,L水厂的自用水率由原来的8%降到2.3%,节约水资源200万m3/a,节省生产成本近100万元/a.示范水厂的生产过程说明,以上两种途径是可行的,取得了重大的环境效益、社会效益,同时也取得了较大的经济效益.

Abstract:In this paper the water saving strategies were studied looking forward to restrain the abnormally high water consumption in water treatment processes. Countermeasures to reduce unwanted sludge discharge and water backwash were pointed out and investigated in demonstration plant. By the demonstration plant experiment, the water consumption rate was reduced from 8% to 2.3%, this meaned that by this way 2 million m3 of water and one million RMB of expenses could be saved per year. We believed that these measures were feasible and useful with abundant environmental, social and economical benefit.
