摘    要:铝塑板的铝箔和塑料是由粘合剂粘在一起的,由于铝和塑料具有不同的曲张系数,在外力和高温作用下,铝塑板的铝箔和塑料发生不同程度的变形而产生空隙,热水进入空隙后,粘合剂便会失效,从而实现铝塑分离。根据这一发现,发明了可以使塑料板强制有效弯折的"蠕变结构",进而成功设计了"蠕变式铝塑分离设备"。

Abstract:The aluminum and aluminum plastic are glued together by adhesives.Because the aluminum and plastic have different varicose coefficient,under high temperature and the action of forces in the aluminum-plastic plate,aluminum foil and plastic will take place deformation in different degree and apparence space,and water will enter into space,then adhesives will out of action,thus realize aluminum separation.Based on this finding,people invented"creep structre"which can make plastic compulsory effective kinking and successful designed "creep type aluminum-plastic separation equipment ".
