| 摘 要： | 高科技创新团队是完成科技创新的主力军,和一般团队相比它更加高效、更加个性、更加合理。为了满足这些不同的要求,本文构造出三个模型,通过不同的团队匹配模式,来实现高科技创新团队的有效组建。

| Abstract: | High-tech innovation teamwork is the main force of complete science and technology innovation. Comparing with other teamwork, it is more efllcient.morc personal and more reasonable. In order to satisfy these demands, I construct three models in this paper, through different teamwork matching molds achieve efficient forming of high-tech innovation teamwork. |
