基于后效晚点时间的机场机位容量评估研究

摘    要:针对机场机位各种时间要素进行分析,以航班后效晚点时间作为机场机位服务质量的限定标准,并以此标准来确定平均必要缓冲时间,进而结合机型混合比、航班时段百分比等概念建立机场机位容量最优化模型。并以国内某大型机场作为实证分析,其结果具有一定的理论价值和实际意义。

Abstract:The paper analyzes several time elements involved in airport gate work, makes the aftereffect delay as the measurement of the airport service quality level. By setting the aftereffect delay, the buffer time of the airport gate and the capacity of the gates can be found. Furthermore, the paper proposes an optimized model according to the concepts as fleet mixture percentage and time percentage and finally shows an example.
