基于因子分析法的创新型城市评价

本文选取对创新型城市建设有影响的14项指标,利用因子分析法,通过使用SPSS18.0对我国较有代表性的36个样本城市的创新型城市建设现状进行评价,并根据评价结果对创新型城市建设的水平进行聚类分析.研究结果表明:不同城市之问的创新型城市建设情况差距较大,北京、上海处于国内创新型城市建设最前列,深圳、广州代表了国内创新型城市建设的较高水平,天津、杭州等6个城市处于中等偏上水平,沈阳、无锡等24个城市处于中等水平,而徐州、西宁两个城市处于最低水平.此外,很多城市的全社会研发能力、硬环境和软环境发展不平衡,为加快创新型城市建设,必须提高创新型城市创新投入和加强人力资本的培育,并注重城市软硬环境的建设.

Evaluation of the Innovative City based on Factor Analysis

After choosing 14 innovative city evaluation indicators related to innovative cities,36 representative cities is selected and evaluated by factor analysis by using the data of year 2009,and the cities are classified based on the results.The results show that the difference between different cities in constructing innovative cities,Beijing and Shanghai are two of the most innovative cities on the fist level,Shenzhen and Guangzhou are on the second level,Tianjin,Hangzhou and other six cities are the third level,Shenyang,Wuxi and 24 other cities are on the forth level,Xuzhou and Xining are on the lowest level.And an uneven development trend exists between whole social R&D capabilities,hard environment and soft environment.To speed up the construction of innovative city,technology innovative fund investment,human resource culturing,and soft and hard innovative environment must be improved.
