中国跨国公司员工外派适应与绩效研究

摘    要:随着中国企业的全球化扩张,中国企业外派人员数量也在不断增长,但对中国企业人员外派适应和绩效调查研究仍处于空白阶段.因此,本文综合现有文献,采用问卷调查法对中国跨国公司外派人员在海外情况进行调查,共获取255份有效问卷.并采用探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析和层次回归等多种统计方法进行分析,结果显示:在外派适应的三个维度中,只有工作适应对外派绩效具有直接的显著正向影响效果,互动适应和一般适应对工作适应具有显著正向影响.

Abstract:Driven by the global development of Chinese MNCs,the number of employees embarking on international assignments is increasing.But few research paid attention to the condition of Chinese expatriates’ adjustment and performance in the overseas.Combining the concerned literature,this article was to investigate the relationship between the expatriate adjustment and expatriate performance.Based on the sample of 255 Chinese expatriates,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were applied for data analysis.The result indicates that only work adjustment has direct influence on expatriate performance.Interaction adjustment and general adjustment mainly influence work adjustment.
