摘    要:创意农业作为一种新兴的特色农业业态,将创意产业与现代农业有效对接、科技创新和文化创意等要素融入现代农业生产,已成为促进农业增长方式转变的创新模式,不仅提升了农产品的附加值,而且创造出新的消费领域.但是相对于世界各国创意农业的资金有效支撑和配给机制而言,中国创意农业亦正经历着一个发展的瓶颈,中国创意农业如何解决发展过程中由于创意农业政策不够明确、农业创新资本市场不够发达、农业融资信息平台不够完善等因素导致的创意农业融资机制问题引发的创意农业资金不能有效供给的问题,笔者采用系统分析的方法,从系统动态和微观宏观两种角度分析其改革过程中的主要因素和根本原因,并提出了解决问题的策略.

Abstract:As an emerging specialty agriculture format,creative agriculture integrated creative industries and modern agriculture effectively and took technological innovation & creative cultural into modern production of agricultural.It has become an innovative model of agricultural growth pattern with increasing value of agricultural products and emergence of new consumption areas.However,compare with agriculture funds and effectively support mechanism of agricultural entrepreneurship across countries of the world,Chinese creative agriculture is going through a bottleneck of development.How to solve the problem of financing mechanism and effective supply of agriculture funds caused by not clearly policy,under developed financing information platform and capital markets.The paper uses the method of system analysis to analyze the main factors and causes from angles of micro-macro & system dynamics to propose strategies for solving problems.
