摘    要:在服务运作流程中,服务供应链内部组织在不断发生裂变和重组,演变为更复杂的组织结构,由此所产生的服务供应链知识也会向复杂方向演变.因此,掌握服务供应链中的各类知识在流程中的分布及来源情况,以及不同知识在服务流程中所体现出的属性特征,有助于从更全面、更理性的视角理解服务供应链组织在不断满足客户需求过程中的演变路径和演变规律,厘清不同的服务资源在流程运作中的相互关联,从而为服务供应链的流程再造和资源整合提供有效的知识指引.本文研究了服务供应链的流程管理模式和特点,对服务供应链的客户知识进行了分类,并提出服务供应链的服务流程管理模型.对服务供应链中的各类知识从产生途径、知识特性和作用给予属性描述,并提出基于服务供应链流程的知识分布模型.

Abstract:The internal organization of service supply chain is restructuring and dividing in service operation process,thus evolving toward a more complex organization,so the service supply chain knowledge is also become more complex.Therefore,to master the distribution and sources of service supply chain knowledge,as well as the attribute about different knowledge in service operation process,is helpful for us to understand the evolution path of service supply chain organization in the process to meet customer needs,and then to clarify the mutual relation of different service resources in the operation process from more comprehensive and more rational perspective,thus provide us effective knowledge guidelines to reengineer service supply chain flow and integrate service resource.This paper studies the operational process mode and characteristics of service supply chain,classifies the knowledge in service supply chain,and then proposed the process manage model of service supply chain.Secondly,the paper described the formation,features and functions of all sorts of knowledge in service supply chain and then proposed knowledge distribution model based on the process of service supply chain.
