| 摘 要： | 产业集群作为一种新的产业组织形态,已成为一个国家或地区竞争力的代表。我国东部地区经济的快速增长主要来源于产业集群的发展。国内外学者大多研究了产业集群的正面效应,文章认为东部产业集群所产生的极化效应进一步增强了东部地区的竞争优势,但不利于东部产业的"西进",并从产业集群的发展存在路径依赖的角度探讨了东部产业集群对我国区域经济协调发展的不利影响,最后对中西部地区如何吸引东部企业"西进"以及发展地方产业集群提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Industrial cluster,as a new form of industrial organization,has become the delegate of a country or an area's competent ability.The economic growth in the east of China mostly stem from the development of industrial clusters.Most of the domestic and external scholars researched the obverse effect of industrial cluster,this article considers the polarization effect of industrial clusters in the east of China can further improve east area's competent superiority,disadvantage the east industries "move to the west".Then,discusses the adverse effect of the industrial clusters in the east of China on the harmonious development of our civil economy from the point of path depend,Finally,giving some advice on how to attract east industries "move to the west"and develop district industrial clusters. |
