| 摘 要： | 本文将软件开发过程的能力成熟度模型CMM引入现代会计信息系统的获取,支付过程,建立一个基于过程改进的获取/支付过程能力成熟度模型。提出一套获取/支付过程能力成熟度模型的评估方法,为企业确立获取/支付业务运作模式提供一套简便、快捷的分析与实施工具。
