PS/PVA包装片材的制备及其力学性能研究

摘    要:采用复配增塑剂丙三醇和乙二醇对聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行改性,实现熔融加工;然后通过熔融共混方法与聚苯乙烯(PS)共混,制备具有吸湿功能的PS/PVA包装片材,并对该共混片材的力学性能进行实验研究。实验结果表明:当复配增塑剂丙三醇和乙二醇的质量比为4:1,复配增塑剂的用量为50phr时,可很好地实现PVA熔融加工效果;当PS与PVA质量比为6:4时,干燥片材的力学性能最好;在不同湿度下,吸湿7天后,其力学性能有显著变化。

Abstract:In the paper,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was modified by compound plasticizers with glycerol and ethylene glycol in order to achieve the melt processing.Then modified PVA and polystyrene(PS) were blended using melt blending method. PS/PVA packaging sheet with moisture absorption function was prepared,and its mechanical properties were studied.The results show that when the mixture mass ratio of glycerol to ethylene glycol is 4:1 and the amount of compound plasticizer is 50phr,PVA melt processing was carried out well.When the mass ratio of PS to PVA is 6:4,mechanical properties of dried sheet is best.After moisturing 7 days,mechanical properties of the packaging sheet have been obviously changed under different humidity conditions.
