完善我国现行的户籍管理制度

我国现行的户籍管理制度把我国的户籍分成农村和城镇两部分，这种二元结构的户籍制度在运行过程中会产生许多问题，诸如：管理制度不规范、对我国城乡居民的身份进行了严格的划分、对流动人口难以做到有效的统计管理等，造成了城乡之间不平等待遇的出现。因此，通过分析我国二元结构户籍制度产生的原因，提出完善现行户籍管理制度，以缩小城乡差距，实现城乡统一的户籍管理制度，加快城市化进程。
