摘    要:E-Learning即电子化学习模式,这种最科学、最便捷、最经济的学习培训模式,因为它内容宽泛,兼顾了企业不同层面、专业、岗位的学习需求,无论对个人还是对企业都会带来学习收益。E-Learning引领了有效的全员培训理念,变革着传统的企业培训市场,为企业的素质能力提升提供了科学、适用、有效的培训学习方式,必将在全球范围内被广泛应用。

Abstract:E -Learning, ie the electronic learning mode, is the most scientific, most convenient and most economic learning training model because it has substantial contents of enterprises, professional and positional needs. It can bring benefits to individuals and enterprises. E - Learning offers effective training idea, changes traditional enterprise training market, provides scientific, applicable, effective training ways.
