中国自主品牌汽车发展战略研究

摘    要:在中外品牌汽车激烈竞争中,中国自主品牌汽车虽然占据了一定的市场份额,呈现出较好的发展势头,但仍然存在质量不高、技术落后等问题。本文开展中国自主品牌汽车发展战略的研究,通过对中国自主品牌汽车发展现状的研究,明确中国自主品牌汽车存在的问题和发展机遇。从自主品牌汽车竞争优势、竞争劣势、潜在优势和外部威胁等方面对我国自主品牌汽车进行了SWOT分析,结合中国自主品牌汽车典型代表的成功经验,分别从技术策略、产品策略、品牌策略、市场策略和管理策略提出中国自主品牌汽车的发展战略。

Abstract:International industrial transfer is the outcome of the economic opening and the upgrading of the industrial structure. As the world's largest developing country and the most dynamic economy area, China has become an important region of international industrial trans- fer. With the continuous progress of science and technology, as well as the rapid development of economic globalization, a new round of industri- al transfer has risen, some new characteristics and trends of international industrial transfer has greatly affected the chinese industrial structure. Undertaking the international industrial transfer, we must combine the comprehensive analysis with our own situation and take effective measures to continuously improve industrial competitiveness, optimize the industrial structure and maintain sustainable economic development.
