基于三螺旋的创意城市研究——以苏州工业园区为例

创意经济是世界经济社会高度发展的产物，创意产业在国家或城市经济发展中所占的比重将会越来越大。Florida的3T理论认为技术、人才和宽容是创意城市必不可少的三要素，三螺旋创新模式的正确运用将进一步增强创意城市三要素，提高城市创意指数，从而为中国发展创意城市提供理论依据。

Triple helix Based Research on the Creativity City:Case Study of Su Zhou Industrial Park

Creative economy will come,when the world economy and society developed,and it's percents of o- verall city economy will be bigger and bigger.Florida be- lieves technology,talent,tolerance are the three essential factors,which is famous 3T theory.If we make good use of creative model of triple helix in the city governance,the city will become more creative,and also will increase the index of creative city,which will provide some theory for Chinese creative city development.
