| 摘 要： | 新型农民合作经济组织的发展在全面建设社会主义新农村背景下显得非常必要。以重庆市的23个农民合作社为样本,对内部运行机制和外部发展环境的考察表明,新型农民合作经济组织的发展受内外部因素制约,政府应在推动该组织的发展中积极作为。

| Abstract: | The development of new type of farmer's cooperatives in China is necessary in the background of overall con- struction of a new socialist countryside.Taking Chongqing as a case,analyzing its internal operational mechanism and ex- ternal development environment,as a result,the development of new type of farmer's cooperatives is restricted by external factors,and government should play positive roles in promoting the development of these cooperatives. |
